Since the Subway company has been giving out more of a vierity 0f sandwiches that are low on calories people tend on buying subway on a diet but behind the making is very different! Just half a sandwich contains about five hundred calories and in the healthy option, a bit lower! A whole sub is just a thousand biggies and Subway shouldnt be considered on a serious diet. To take into considiration subway resteraunts (or any resteraunt who makes sandwiches right in front of you) that dont recieve many costumers may not have fresh ingridients!
