Guatemala city recieves many tourism over the years for many marvolous reasons. Guatemala has the ancient mayan city called tikal where you can explore the mayan temples! Also a great tourism in guatemala is the old city of antigua (ancient in spanish) which used to be the capital city but was destroyed by a volcanic eruption. Inhabitants had to move the city to an other location but antigua is still standing in cobblestone street and people still live there! Guatemalas famous river at the north east area called Izabal, has a river called rio dulce! enjoy boat rides (If you have a boat) and marvoulous tropical fruit as you either stay at a rental house or a hotel! The theme park at guatemala is exquisite with guatemalan history and with many rollercoasters and water rides (in the water park). So see! Something you might not want in a diet!

Loosing weight is crucial and especially in a diet. To start within a diet you usually eat less or just take healthier options. Since the Subway company has been giving out more of a vierity 0f sandwiches that are low on calories people tend on buying subway on a diet but behind the making is very different! Just half a sandwich contains about five hundred calories and in the healthy option, a bit lower! A whole sub is just a thousand biggies and Subway shouldnt be considered on a serious diet. To take into considiration subway resteraunts (or any resteraunt who makes sandwiches right in front of you) that dont recieve many costumers may not have fresh ingridients! This is not to make you not go there but if your on a diet just dont eat subway ( since it almost reaches mcdonalds high calories).Yap about it with your friends!
